Conservation & Animal Welfare in Action
Conservation and Animal Welfare Program
The Programa de Conservación y Bienestar Animal (Conservation and Animal Welfare Program) is designed to strengthen animal welfare, care, and responsible management at the Centro de Vida Silvestre at Parque de las Ciencias by ToroVerde in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. At the Center, care, rehabilitation, and education come together with conservation and, for native species, the possibility of returning to their natural habitat when possible.
